Corn fiber (FibraMix ESC) exhibits excellent performance in food enrichment. The solution is composed of 60% dietary fiber and is an insoluble fiber capable of acting as a texture enhancer, bulking agent, and moisture controller. It has great versatility in applications such as in breakfast cereals, cereal bars, cookie-type biscuits, pasta, and even as a texture ingredient in plant-based foods.

Substitutions:

Corn fiber can fully or partially replace oat, wheat, bamboo, and apple fibers.
